- MAS / Data sheet / Catalogues / Drawing (As applicable) shall be submitted as part of the Technical offer for client Approval
- Quotations submitted shall be unconditional and irrevocable, firm and valid for a period 60 days from the date of offer.
- Bidders are advised to list down the deviations/exceptions along with the bid. If there is no Deviation/exception list attached along with bid, it is deemed that vendor is in full compliance to Inquiry requisition without any further cost impact.

- Any Omissions/Errors in your understanding of specification, scope, etc. which has Commercial Implications shall not be entertained after submission of commercial offer.
- If there is delay in SOW/delivery execution, penalty will be initiated 0.5% per week to a maximum of 5%
