- Description: Carry out civil maintenance works at Toyota Showroom – Sinaw, under Project Ref: SPRS-4484 / PRMS # 202511313-08843-11541Showroom SCOPE
- Scope Includes:
- Chainlink Fence Repair – Stockyard: Inspect and refurbish 66 RM of existing chainlink fence (including concrete foundations and supports), remove rust, apply anti-corrosive paint, and install/replace barbed wire along the top for safety compliance.
- Toyota Pantry Ceiling Works: Remove damaged ceiling paint, prepare surface, and repaint with mold-resistant, washable paint suitable for food-handling areas (≈ 4 m²).
- Pantry Leakage Repair: Investigate and repair source of ceiling/wall water leakage (plumbing or surface-related), then restore finishes to match existing.
- Completion Period: To be specified (includes mobilization).
- Maintenance Period: 12 months from completion and hand-over.
- Payment Terms: 100 % upon satisfactory completion (SBG norms – within 30 days of invoice).
- Retention: As per SBG policy (typically 5 % for 12 months).
- Bid Closing Date: 10 November 2025 (Site visits allowed until 09 November 2025).
