Best cars 2nd floor SCOPE
- Scope Includes:
- Refurbishment & Repairs of entrance, staircase, 2nd floor flat, toilets, kitchen, and server room.
- Wall & Ceiling Works: Remove old paint, repair cracks, close gypsum holes, apply primer and repaint.
- Toilets & Kitchens: Inspect and fix leakages, replace damaged WC seats and hinges, unblock drains, and ensure full functionality (6 toilets & 2 kitchens).
- Kitchen Cabinets: Supply and install cabinets (sizes 1.45×0.8×0.4 m & 1.7×0.9×0.55 m).
- Floor Access Panels: Install protective covers for 9 existing panels.
- Server Room: Replace damaged windows (2.4×1.2 m) and apply sealant.
- Male Prayer Room Modifications: Convert window to door, adjust partitions, install gypsum closure (3 m).
- Entrance Area Repairs: Restore 2.1×4.0 m wall cladding, repaint partition (2.1×5.5 m), re-fix vertical tiles with proper grouting.
- Roof Waterproofing: Remove damaged waterproofing, repair cracks, apply UV-resistant coating (580 m² concrete, 22 m² steel), seal ducts, and modify aluminum shading (extend 50 cm).
- Drainage & Interlock: Relocate roof drain, re-slope surface (2.1×5.8 m), apply acrylic waterproof coating on interlock.
- Delivery Terms: Completion within specified project schedule (including mobilization).
- Payment Terms: 100% upon satisfactory completion within 30 days of invoice (SBG norms).
- Maintenance Period: 12 months post-handover.
- Retention: As per SBG policy (5% typical).
- Bid Closing Date: 06 November 2025 (Site visits allowed until 05 November 2025).
