- Roof Exhaust Fan 1.5 kW – remove, repair & refix: 1 No

- Oil Storage Room – replace existing fitting with 100W LED Flood Light: 1 No
- Cable insulation 25 sq.mm in terminal box: 2 Nos
- Car Cleaning Bay – remove 2×4 ft waterproof fittings: 15 Nos
- Car Cleaning Bay – LED Flood Light installation: 4 Nos
- Car Cleaning Bay – LED High Bay installation: 2 Nos
- Car Wash Pump Room – replace 4 ft tube light with 100W LED Flood Light: 1 No
- Cable insulation 25 sq.mm in terminal box: 2 Nos
- Delivery Bay – replace existing 2×4 ft tube light with LED Flood Light: 2 Nos
- Outdoor Area – replace existing MH fittings with LED Flood Lights: 15 Nos
- Parts Department – Floor Socket supply & installation: 1 No
- Warehouse – 2×4 ft LED Light installation: 75 Nos
- Warehouse – Emergency Light installation: 3 Nos.
- Technical Specs:
- Service Workshop: Remove 64 existing 2×4 ft light fittings and install 35 LED High Bay fittings, including necessary supports, wiring connections and rectification of short-circuit issues. Installation height approximately 6–7 m.
- Roof Exhaust Fan: Remove, repair and refit existing 1.5 kW exhaust fan.
- Emergency Lighting: Install 6 emergency lights at approximately 6 m height in the Service Workshop and 3 emergency fittings in the Warehouse.
- Oil Storage Room: Remove existing light and install 100W LED Flood Light.
- Car Cleaning Bay: Remove 15 existing 2×4 ft waterproof light fittings; install 4 LED Flood Lights and 2 LED High Bay fittings.
- Car Wash Pump Room: Remove existing 4 ft tube light and install 100W LED Flood Light.
- Cable Works: Carry out insulation works on 25 sq.mm cable in terminal boxes – 4 locations total.
- Delivery Bay: Remove 2 existing 2×4 ft tube-light fittings and install LED Flood Lights.
- Outdoor Area: Remove 15 existing Metal Halide (MH) fittings and install LED Flood Lights.
- Parts Department: Supply and install 1 floor socket.
- Warehouse: Install 75 Nos 2×4 ft LED fittings complete with necessary connections and supports.
- Important: For installation activities, light fittings will be supplied by SBG; contractor is responsible for installation, connections, supports and associated works.
- All removed items must be handed over to SBG.
- Completion period: 2 days including mobilization.
- Contractor must submit Shop Drawings/MAS for client approval before commencement.
- Municipal approvals, where required, are under contractor scope.
- Contractor must protect existing M&E services and include required modifications.
- Debris disposal to municipal dumping yard is under contractor scope.
- Delivery Terms: Complete electrical installation and maintenance works at Geely Service & Parts, Ibri, Sultanate of Oman. Food, accommodation and transportation are under contractor scope. Payment: within 30 days after invoice submission as per SBG norms.
