- Technical Specs:
- Boundary Wall: Remove defective plaster/paint, repair with approved exterior repair mortar, apply Jotun exterior primer + 2 coats Jotun exterior-grade paint.
- Main Gate Hump: Reinforced C35 concrete, dowel bars, reinforcement mesh, maximum height approx. 100 mm, non-slip broom finish and outward drainage gradient.
- Security Fence: Hot-dip galvanized barbed wire with GI supports, tension wires and accessories – 26 RM.
- Steel Canopy: Design, supply and install 12 × 6 m structural steel canopy, including columns, beams, purlins, bracing, RCC foundations/pedestals, galvanized profile roofing, flashings, GI gutters and uPVC downpipes.
- Painting: Jotun-approved system including surface repairs, fiber mesh where required, primer, putty, sealer and 2 coats premium-grade paint.
- Toilets: Plumbing repairs, waterproofing, ceramic/porcelain tiles, EWC replacements, urinals, wash basin, aluminium door, drainage modifications and associated electrical works.
- Washing Bay: Remove existing damaged slab and construct new C35 reinforced concrete slab, including reinforcement, dowels, formwork, levels/falls and curing.
- Wall Tiles: 162 m² cleaning/polishing above 3 m and 162 m² replacement up to 3 m using waterproofing, approved adhesive and water-resistant grout.
- Epoxy – 550 m²: Mechanical grinding/shot blasting, Jotafloor Filler Plus, Jotafloor SF PR 150 Primer – 200 micron, Jotafloor EPU L – minimum 1.5 mm DFT, followed by Jotafloor PU Topcoat UV-resistant – 300 micron, including floor line painting.
- Drain/Grating: Clean and flow-test trench drain; repair existing grating or replace severely damaged sections with heavy-duty hot-dip galvanized steel grating; repair surrounding concrete.
- Contractor must submit Shop Drawings/MAS before commencement, arrange municipal approvals where required, dispose of debris and protect existing M&E services.
- All worked areas must be handed over deep-cleaned and ready for use.
- Delivery Terms: Complete Supply & Apply / Turnkey execution at Geely New Service & Parts Branch, Barka, Sultanate of Oman. Food, accommodation and transportation are under contractor scope. Payment: within 30 days after invoice submission as per SBG norms.
