About Gulf International Pipe Industry (GIPI)

Gulf International Pipe Industry (GIPI) was founded in January 2007 as a Limited Liability Company in the Sultanate of Oman. GIPI holds the distinction of being the first manufacturer of high-pressure steel line pipes and casing pipes in Oman. Furthermore, GIPI is the first mill in the MENA region and the subcontinent of India to produce high-pressure 24” Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) steel pipes.

State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Facility

The GIPI manufacturing facility is strategically located in the Sohar Industrial Area, Oman’s primary industrial hub. The facility spans over 240,000 square meters and has an annual production capacity that exceeds 200,000 metric tons. The total investment in this facility surpasses US$110 million, reflecting GIPI’s commitment to delivering world-class products to the market.
