Description: Civil construction works for the Marsa 280 MWac Solar PV Plant Project located in Al Wusta Governorate, Sultanate of Oman. Sterling & Wilson Renewable Energy Ltd. is inviting qualified contractors to submit technical and commercial proposals for the project’s civil works packages. The RFP is for EPC-related civil construction works associated with a 280 MWac utility-scale solar photovoltaic power plant.

- Location: Wilayat of Haima, Al Wusta Governorate, Sultanate of Oman
- Coordinates: 19°38’49.0″N, 56°53’17.4″E (approximately 100 km inland from Port of Duqm and 85 km from Haima).

- Main Control Room

- Civil Works for 400/33 kV PV Substation
- Underground (UG) Cabling from PV Substation to Grid Substation
Technical Requirements:
- EPC Turnkey Civil Works
- Design in accordance with Omani Local Standards
- Compliance with OETC Grid Code and applicable international standards
- Consideration of geotechnical, hydrological, environmental and topographical studies
- Project lifetime: 30 years
- Defect Liability/Warranty: 2 Years
- BOQ, Drawings, Layouts, Technical Specifications and RFP documents are attached.
- The bidder is required to comply with Omani Local Content (ICV) requirements where applicable.
Delivery Terms:
- EPC Turnkey Contract (Lump Sum Fixed Price)
- Construction at Project Site in Marsa, Oman.
- Commercial proposal to be submitted in USD.
