1. RFQ Details

• Description: Carry out civil works at Sinaw – Toyota Showroom, Project Ref: SPRS-4485 / PRMS# SBG/M/SL/2505/25Back Yard SCOPE
• Scope Includes:
  1. Aluminum Cladding and Signage Panel Refurbishment Works
     • Dismantle and replace damaged aluminum composite panels (ACP), red plastic trims, and U-shaped truck signage without damaging the façade.
     • Supply and install new ACP panels of matching color, size, and thickness.
     • Replace trims with UV-resistant material suitable for outdoor use.
     • Reinstall signage securely in the same dimensions and position.
     • Seal all joints using weather-resistant sealant to prevent water penetration.
     • Works to comply with international façade and safety standards.
     • Quantity: 1 × 45 m².
  2. Chainlink Fence Repair Works
     • Repair 13 m of existing chainlink mesh including tightening, replacement, rust removal, and anti-corrosion treatment.
     • Reconstruct or reinforce concrete foundations where required.
     • Apply two-coat weather-resistant paint to all metal parts.
     • Ensure full compliance with safety standards for long-term exposure.
     • Quantity: 13 m.
• Delivery Terms: To be specified in the final quotation; includes mobilization.
• Payment Terms: 100 % upon satisfactory completion (within 30 days after invoice – SBG norms).
• Maintenance Period: 12 months post-handover.
• Retention: 5 % of contract value (typical).
• Penalty for Delay: RO ___ per day (as per SBG policy).
• Bid Closing Date: 10 November 2025 (Site visits allowed until 09 November 2025).
