• Description: Carry out various maintenance works at Chery Showroom in Salalah (Project Ref: SPRS-4487 / PRMS No. 202511605)

• Scope Includes:
  • Removal of existing peeled paint and preparation of surfaces with necessary civil repairs.
  • Supply and application of putty, primer (Fenamostic or Jotashield), and two coats of matching emulsion paint.
  • Inclusion of modifications to M&E services (plumbing, electrical, telecom, computer).
  • Municipal approval, debris disposal, and protection of existing services

• Quantity / Unit: 60 m² + 100 m² (painting and maintenance areas).
• Technical Specs:
  • Primer: Fenamostic/Jotashield (as applicable)
  • Emulsion: Matching existing finish
  • Maintenance period: 12 months post-completion
  • Completion period: 10 days (including mobilization)
• Delivery Terms: To be completed within 10 days; payment upon satisfactory completion.
• Deadline: Site visits allowed until 11 November 2025; Bid closing: 12 November 2025.
