- Include necessary supports
- Include wiring connections
- Include rectification of short-circuit issues
- LED light fittings: Supplied by SBG
- Removed Materials: All removed items must be handed over to SBG.
- Contractor must protect existing electrical, plumbing, telephone and computer services during execution.
- Contractor must submit required shop drawings / MAS for client approval before commencement.
- Debris disposal to municipal dumping yard is under contractor’s scope.
- Contractor employees working on site must have their labour cards submitted for verification.
