- Description: Provision and replacement of a surface-mounted vertical rod multipoint locking system for an industrial door, plus fabrication, welding, erection, alignment, and chain-fencing works at Toyota Service MBS – Ghala. PRMS Nos. 202612729 & 202612380.
- Quantity / Unit:
- Surface-mounted vertical rod multipoint locking system, including lock body, vertical rods, brackets, handles, keepers and required accessories – 1 No
- Supply and installation of base plates with 16 mm foundation bolts, 4 Nos per column, including fabrication, welding, erection, alignment and fixing of chain fencing – 5 RM
- Technical Specs: Industrial-door multipoint vertical rod locking system. Contractor to include all accessories and installation works. Material colour and quality are subject to client/engineer approval. Shop drawings, construction programme and MAS must be submitted for approval before commencement.
- Delivery Terms: Complete supply and installation at Toyota Service MBS – Ghala, Oman. Contractor is responsible for labour transportation, accommodation and food.
- Deadline: Site inspection: 16 September 2026. Bid closing: 19 September 2026. Site visit is mandatory before quotation.
- Completion Period: 10 days including mobilisation.
- Warranty / Maintenance: 12 months from completion and handover.
