1. RFQ Details

• Description: Carry out partition modification and maintenance works at BYD – Wattayah, Project Ref: SPRS-4486 / PRMS# SBG/M/SL/2505/25

  BYD Partition scope

• Scope Includes:
  A. Partition Modification and Installation Works – Office Area
  1. Dismantling Works
     • Dismantle and remove existing office partitions carefully without damaging adjacent finishes.
     • Remove debris per project waste management procedures.
  2. Supply & Installation of New Partition
     • Install a new partition matching the finish of the existing ones to divide the space into two separate rooms.
     • Include two inward-opening doors with full accessories (handles, locks, hinges, stoppers).
     • Align and fix partitions using the two existing columns for added stability.
     • Include full framing, paneling, finishing, and alignment with professional workmanship.
     • Dimensions: 2.05 m × 7.2 m and 2.7 m × 7.2 m.

  B. Door and Syphon Maintenance Works

  1. Door Adjustment and Repair – Inspect and align door hinges, handles, and accessories to ensure smooth operation and closure.
  2. Syphon Push Button Maintenance – Check for malfunction (e.g., stuck or slow release), repair or replace with compatible type to ensure proper flushing.
     • Quantity: 1 Door + 1 Syphon.
• Completion Period: To be confirmed by contractor (including mobilization).
• Maintenance Period: 12 months after handover.
• Payment Terms: 100% on satisfactory completion (within 30 days after invoice – SBG norms).
• Retention: 5% of total contract value for 12 months.
• Penalty for Delay: RO ___ per day as per SBG policy.
• Insurance: Contractor’s all-risk policy including third-party liability and surrounding property.
• Bid Closing Date: 10 November 2025 (site visits until 09 November 2025).
• Location: BYD Showroom – Wattayah, Sultanate of Oman.
