- Description: Carryout Fabrication Works at Toyota Service & Car Wash, Wattayah, Oman for Saud Bahwan Group. Scope covers additional structural supports for granite wash basin counters and replacement of a corroded wastewater tank cover.

- Technical Specs:
- Item 1 – MS Angle Supports: Supply, fabricate and install MS angle iron 40 × 40 × 5 mm, fabricated to 600 × 600 mm, beneath existing granite wash basin counters. Supports to be installed at intervals not exceeding 1 metre and securely anchored to the wall/floor structure. Finish requires 1 coat anti-rust primer + 2 coats enamel paint, including fasteners, materials, labour, tools and consumables.
- Item 2 – Waste Water Tank Cover: Remove and dispose of the existing corroded cover, frame and supports for an opening approximately 2.15 × 2.15 m. Inspect and strengthen existing tank edges where required.
- Fabricate a new heavy-duty structural steel frame with stiffeners, dividing the opening into 4 equal independently operable covers. Covers to use heavy-duty MS chequered plate, structural reinforcement, heavy-duty hinges, recessed lifting handles and locking arrangements.
- Complete tank-cover assembly must safely withstand vehicle loads without excessive deflection. Corrosion protection to be hot-dip galvanizing OR zinc-rich primer with epoxy finish. Finished level must match the surrounding floor. Testing for operation, alignment, safety and structural integrity is required before handover.
- Completion Period: 3 days including mobilisation.
- Maintenance/Warranty Period: 12 months from completion and handover.
- Contractor must provide shop drawings, construction programme and MAS for client approval before commencement. Materials, color and quality remain subject to client/engineer approval.
- Delivery Terms: Work at Toyota Service & Car Wash, Wattayah, Oman. Contractor is responsible for transportation, accommodation and food for employees. Payment: within 30 days after invoice submission (SBG norms).
- Deadline: Site Inspection: 24/08/2026 | Bid Closing: 26/08/2026 after site inspection
