1. RFQ Details

• Description: Repair of damaged/corroded purlins, nodes and struts in the existing space frame structure between the Toyota & Lexus buildings at Saud Bahwan Group Corporate Office, Wattaya, Oman.
• Quantity / Unit: 1 LOT complete repair work.
• Technical Specs:
  • Repair/replace as required the damaged and corroded purlins, nodes and struts forming part of the space frame.
  • Contractor/vendor must arrange all necessary scaffolding and/or scissor lifts.
  • Contractor must arrange insurance, safety permits and all required safety precautions.
  • All removed items/materials must be handed over to Saud Bahwan Group (SBG); serviceable materials are to be handed to the maintenance store at Al-Amarat/Wadi Kabir.
  • Site visit is mandatory before quotation.
  • Warranty: 2 Years.
  • Contractor must submit Shop Drawings / MAS for client approval before commencement.
  • Any modifications to existing M&E services, including plumbing, electrical, telephone and computer services, must be included where required, and existing services must be protected during the works.
  • Municipal approvals, where required, including preparation/submission of necessary drawings, are under contractor scope.
  • Disposal of debris to an approved municipal dumping yard is under contractor scope.
  • Material colour and quality are subject to client/engineer approval.
  • Only contractor’s authorized employees may work on site, and labour cards must be submitted for verification.
  • Quotation must provide unit price for each activity, brand and quantity of materials, execution/delivery terms and warranty.
  • Food, accommodation and transportation: Contractor’s scope.
  • Payment terms: Within 30 days after invoice submission (SBG norms).
• Delivery Terms: Complete repair works at Corporate Office, Wattaya, Muscat, Oman. Contractor responsible for manpower logistics, access equipment, safety requirements and associated site works.
• Deadline: Site Inspection: 02 September 2026 | Bid Closing: 05 September 2026
