- Description: Execution of Profile Sheet Shed works at the Toyota Service Mega Body Complex – Ghala for Saud Bahwan Group, including the supply, fabrication, transportation, and installation of the steel structure and roofing sheets, as well as integration with the existing steel structure. The scope also includes concrete foundation works, painting, and corrosion protection. The works cover the Air Compressor & Stand Trolleys Area and the Heavy Damage Area.

- PPGI/GI Profile Roofing: 319 m²
- Painting & corrosion protection: 365 RM
- Civil/foundation works: 10 Nos.
- Technical Specs: Main shed approx. 42.0 m × 5.80 m, additional heavy-damage shed approx. 12.50 m × 5.80 m, maximum height 5.0 m. Roofing shall be approved PPGI/GI profile sheet, minimum 0.45 mm, fixed with self-drilling screws and EPDM washers, including laps, ridge/edge flashings and weatherproof accessories. Foundations require minimum M20 concrete. Steelwork requires corrosion protection, primer where galvanizing is damaged and two coats of approved enamel/equivalent. Contractor must submit shop drawings, construction programme and MAS before work starts.
- Delivery Terms: Turnkey supply, fabrication, transportation and installation at Toyota Service Mega Body Complex, Ghala, Oman. Food, accommodation and transportation of contractor personnel are under contractor scope. Completion period specified in the attached SOW: 10 days including mobilization; maintenance period: 12 months after completion and handover.
- Deadline: Site Inspection: 29 September 2026. Bid Closing: 2 October 2026, after mandatory site inspection. The SOW explicitly requires the contractor to conduct a site visit before submitting the quotation.
