1. RFQ Details

• Description: Carry out various civil, painting, roofing, carpentry, electrical and general maintenance works at MAN Service, Liwa, Oman. The attached SOW contains 20 work items across workshop, reception, workers’ rest room, conference room, prayer room and electrical works.

• Technical Specs / Scope:

A. MAN Service – Workshop

• Jotashield wall painting in passage – 72 m²
• Jotashield painting in In-Charge Room – 52 m²
• Column painting – 130 m²
• Remove damaged floor tiles and supply/install 60×60 cm porcelain tiles – 8 m²
• Remove existing damaged GI roof gutter and fabricate/install new 2 mm thick GI gutter – 140 m
  • Includes brackets, supports and hangers
  • Cutting, bending and welding
  • Waterproofing of joints/welds
  • Connection to existing PVC drainage
  • Testing for leakage/rainwater flow
  • Scaffolding/mobile lift by contractor

B. Reception Area

• Fenomastic primer + two coats Fenomastic paint – 145 m²
• Refix existing skirting tiles – 30 Nos

C. General / Workshop Repairs

• Supply/install window fly mesh – 1 No
• Repair service-pit wall cracks including demolition, plaster and painting – 44 m²
• Epoxy paint I-Beams, 0.15 × 3.0 m – 3 Nos
• Repair aluminium wash-pump-room door, including door closer, lock and tower bolt – 1 No

D. Workers Rest Room

• Remove/replace damaged wall tiles matching existing – 41 m²
• Remove/replace damaged floor tiles matching existing – 21 m²

E. Conference Room

• Remove/replace damaged floor tiles matching existing – 31 m²
• Fenomastic painting including crack repair, putty, primer and two finish coats – 49 m²
• Supply/install door lock and door closer with carpentry works – 1 No

F. Prayer Room

• Fenomastic painting including crack repair and putty – 51 m²

G. Electrical Works

• Remove existing MH lights and install LED Flood Lights – 28 Nos
  • Service Area: 6 Nos
  • Signboard: 20 Nos
  • Washing Area: 2 Nos
  • Includes wiring/connections and short-circuit rectification
  • Lights supplied by SBG
• Additional removal of existing MH lights and installation of LED Flood Lights – 2 Nos
  • Height: 6–9 m
  • Wiring/connection and short-circuit rectification included
  • Lights supplied by SBG
  • Removed items handed over to SBG
• Supply and install aluminium enclosure for open DB – 1 No, including supports and locks.

Contract Conditions

• Completion Period: 15 days including mobilization
• Maintenance/Warranty Period: 12 months
• Payment: 95% upon satisfactory completion
• Retention: 5% for 12 months
• Delay Penalty: RO 10/day
• Contractor responsible for transportation, accommodation and food for employees.
• Site Inspection Deadline: 08 September 2026
• Bid Closing Date: 11 September 2026
• Commercial Payment Terms: Within 30 days after invoice submission, as per SBG norms.
